Voluntary Initiatives
Through industry coordination, AMI members, together with staff experts, have created recommendations and educational opportunities that help companies achieve specific food safety goals. Beyond education, some customers have encouraged companies to become food safety certified by various bodies by the Global Food Safety Institute.
